Costillos de Guisado GF - braised beef short-ribs, yukon potato, carrot, roasted-garlic grits + scallion
Greek Lamb Chops - orzo pasta, dill, onion, feta, cucumber, blistered tomato, pickled red onion, grilled asparagus + garlicky yogurt (can be made GF with a substitution of rice for the pasta)
Grilled Chicken Breast GF - local rice, grilled broccoli, sherry wine, shallots, thyme + chicken broth
Vegetarian Entrée GF - delightful chef’s creation, crafted to harmonize with the flavors and spirit of the entire menu.
While the venue creates the atmosphere, it’s the food and beverage experience that made us choose this for our wedding. They are untraditional in the sense that, like the restaurant, consistent menus don’t exist. Their events team exemplifies the same focus and dedication to high quality ingredients, local sourcing, and from-scratch crafting, just on a larger scale. The 30’ bar was designed to execute the beverage program all have come to know and love from their crew. Focus is on classically made cocktails, unique wines, and local beers, including cold taps from their partner Perennial Artisan Ales whose microbrewery can be seen through the back bar.
